Refund Policy

Refund Policy [Before Shipping]:

Some customers place orders online and then, for various reasons, cancel their order the same day or at a later date before we actually ship the product.  When a customer does this, SHOPIFY, the Canadian based operator of this platform DOES NOT reimburse for the credit card fee we are charged by them for the transaction. It is for this reason, when we issue a refund or cancel an order, all purchases that are made online, and then canceled, will be refunded the original amount less a 3.5% credit card fee that we will be charged from SHOPIFY for the transaction.

The following statement is directly from SHOPIFY.

"Credit card transaction fees are not returned to you when a refund is issued in Austria, Sweden, or the United States."


Refunds|Returns Policy [After Shipping]:

When a customer orders a product, whether it is paid for by credit card, check or bank wire and the product is shipped to the customer, and the customer chooses to return the items, a 10% restock fee shall apply.

Also, if paid by credit an additional fee of 3.5% is required to cover our cost of your purchase.

The customer must pay freight charges for returned merchandise in addition to the 10% restock fee and 3.5% credit card processing fee if applicable. We will only accept returns if the merchandise is in its original container and has not been used in any way or damaged in any way.  Please take care to return the merchandise in appropriate packing and boxing.  Damage returns, regardless of cost, will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.

All returns must have an RA# (Return Authorization Number). Call our customer service number 715-821-5554, to get an RA#. This lets us know what is coming back, from whom and where it is coming from and what to do with it.

Upon inspection of the returned product we may, 1) accept the return and credit your account less the 10% restocking fee and 3.5% credit card fee if applicable 2) accept the return and send you new merchandise, 3) refuse the return due to use of the product by the customer or out of warranty.

If you have had the product greater than 15 days, it is not returnable for credit.

Special order items such as cut liner, fountains with a specific cord length are not returnable under any circumstances for any reason.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. operates in "Good Faith" when we recommend any aeration equipment to best fit our customers needs.  If we recommend an item [ IE an air compressor] and for whatever reason it is not exactly what you expected, a return may be initiated provided it meets the criteria above.  If a return is approved by the shipping charges will not be part of your return.
